Featuring a candlelit 4 course brunch created and crafted by CIA Greystone Napa trained Chef, Eric Dohrman.  If you have not had the opportunity to experience what Eric can create, this is a perfect time to enjoy his talent!  The courses will be paired with Anelare wines for a true culinary experience!  Our live fires, heaters, and ambiance at Anelare will be ignited for your delight!

1st- Masa, Soft Egg, Chorizo Hollandaise, 2019 Ciel du Cheval Rosé

2nd- Cured Salmon, Avocado, "Everything Bagel", 2019 Ciel du Cheval Cuvée

3rd- Steak, Shakshuka, Egg Yolk, 2018 Ciel du Cheval Sangiovese

4th- Brioche, Chocolate, Coffee, 2017 Boushey Cabernet Franc

Tickets are $65 per person // Anelare members are $60 per person
