Summer Sauce Series - Get Saucy at Anelare
Up your cooking game while enjoying the best of Washington Wines and beautiful Red Mountain views.
Anelare is partnering with the top chefs in the Washington Wine Country and renowned French expert, Madame Porter to get Saucy this summer. Each event in the summer sauce series will showcase one of the Five Mother Sauces of Classical Cuisine (Tomato, Hollandaise, Veloute, Espagnole, Béchamel). Guests will enjoy a live cooking demo, a tasting flight of Anelare wine paired to the sauce of the night and appetizers handpicked to showcase the culinary possibilities of the featured sauce. The experience will be topped off with beautiful Red Mountain views. Each guest will leave with French inspired recipes, new cooking skills and a small taste of France.
